It's that time of year again and once again Turning Pirate are rolling out the red carpet, mixing up the lines between audience and stage, cranking up the party tunes and getting everyone ready to ring in the New Year with a massive smile on their face.
With an array of some of Ireland's bestest and brightest, we will be taking on the last few hours of 2015 and dancing through the first of 2016 with what has now become an annual tradition in Vicar Street, Dublin. After a year of amazing Mix Tapes including the Spiegeltent Mix Tape at Dublin Fringe Festival and the Back to the Future Mix Tape to celebrate the 80's, the Turning Pirate House band with members of The Frames, Villagers, Planet Parade and Spring Break, along with our very own horn section as well as the epic Booka Brass Band will set the tone for another evening of songs and collaborations. A song list that is set to blow the roof off the venue and a list of singers that will take the house down, it will be a rollercoster of emotion, a thrilling thrill ride and most of all, the best possible one-stop-shop to celebrate New Year's Eve 2015 in Dublin City.
